ESSA Agreement Support for Title I, II, IV, & V
The Learning Services team manages federal funding under the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), assisting districts in meeting Title I, II, IV, & V requirements. Consultants provide up-to-date information and implement effective practices for instructional leaders. Additional days are available for in-district Title I services.
A Budget & Grants Specialist supports districts with creating allowable budgets for allocation. Support is outlined in the Title agreements, reflecting the requirements of the various sections of the law.
Title Agreements are shared with district administrators in the spring. Agreements are all-inclusive with Title I, II, IV, & V. A separate Title III consortium agreement is also shared.

Our ESSA team works to both support and advocate for you at the state level for ESSA budgeting and application monitoring.
Districts participating in CESA 10 service have personalized support with applying, planning and the monitoring processes. Districts not participating in CESA 10 service access information through the Title I Network.
