Facility Audits

School facility audits are a primary service of CESA 10’s Facilities Management Department. Hundreds of customers have utilized our investment-grade audits to inform their strategic planning efforts. Our facility audit approach includes:

In addition to full-fledged facility audits, CESA 10 also offers customized audits for shop areas, playgrounds, IMCs, mock OSHA, foodservice studies, and HVAC controls. We also regularly create Fund 46 reports for school customers.
