CESA 10’s Facilities Management Department has provided facility-related services to Wisconsin schools and municipalities for three decades. What started as a department of one in 1990 has grown to 50+ professionals that serve more than 200 schools annually. Our success can be seen in our current projects:

WHY CESA 10?
The Facilities Management Department has primary offices in Chippewa Falls and Madison and additional team members in Ashland, Green Bay, Ladysmith, Milwaukee, and Stevens Point. Having expert staff located strategically throughout the state provides our customers with access to exceptional same-day service.
