With an entrepreneurial mindset and a nonprofit fee structure, CESA 10 Facilities Management Department provides safe, healthy, efficient, comfortable, energy and resource-conscious environments for school and government entities through shared knowledge, linkage to resources, and sustainable actions.
CESA 10 has been involved in provided facility-related services to municipalities and schools since the mid-1990s, providing Environmental Health and Safety services since 1996, managing energy efficiency services since 2001, and providing construction management and referendum planning services since 2010.
The Facilities Management Department has primary offices in Madison and Chippewa Falls, as well as additional team members located in Green Bay, Hudson, Ladysmith, and Milwaukee.
WHY CESA 10?
The primary objective of any school is to educate students, not to manage construction vendors or projects.
Our statewide Facilities Management Department can assist in the areas of health, safety, energy efficiency, referendum planning, and facilities consulting for projects of any size.
