School Improvement Consortium (LS 1A)
School Improvement Consortium membership provides districts full access to all CSI networks at no additional cost, CSI professional learning opportunities at CESA 10 at a reduced cost, and three days of on-site coaching to support the implementation of professional learning. Professional learning can also be facilitated in-district at the same reduced cost for more than 10 participants, based on consultant availability.
Strategic School Improvement (LS 1B)
Strategic School Improvement Services focus on enhancing the effectiveness of schools by addressing key areas of leadership and systems, curriculum and instructional practices, and data and assessment. These services aim to build capacity for sustainable growth and improved student outcomes.
These services are designed to integrate seamlessly with a district's continuous improvement plan, ensuring that all teaching, learning, and leadership aspects are optimized for maximum impact.
