The Statewide Title I Network is available to all districts at no charge.

What is the Statewide Title I Network?
The Statewide Title I Network is a collaborative effort between the 12 state Cooperative Educational Service Agencies (CESA) and the Department of Public Instruction (DPI). Created in the spring of 2009, the intent of the network is to provide technical assistance and professional development to all districts to maximize the potential of their Title I dollars. In CESA 10 these services are provided to all districts at no cost.

How are services provided by the Statewide Title I Network different from CESA 10 Title I Services districts may purchase?
The Statewide Title I Network provides Title I coordinator technical assistance and support; new coordinator orientation and meetings; professional development; technical assistance in the implementation of ESEA requirements; and resources. Districts that purchase CESA 10 services receive an array of comprehensive services including onsite support to provide quality Title I programs.

How are services determined?
A regional survey is administered to determine the needs of CESA 10 districts. This information is cross-referenced with multiple other sources of data to identify priority areas of professional development for Title I.
