  • Family receives county assistance such as W2 or SSI, fuel assistance, food stamps
  • Must have at least one of the following barriers:
    • Deficient in basic literacy skills
    • School drop out
    • Homeless, runaway, or foster child
    • Pregnant or parenting
    • Offender
    • Requires assistance to complete school or hold a job
  • Referrals come through area schools
