Goals are developed during the initial meeting. Referrals can come from: Self Agency Family Member Advocate	Fees for the following services: Formal assessments requiring written reports and recommendations ADA/Accessibility surveys Benefits analysis PASS plan development PIES employment services There are no fees for most services.
