Transportation to medical appointments (non-emergency) Grocery shopping Errands Telephone reassurance Caring companionship Respite care	Jill Pollert BSW	Must be 60+ or disabled with proof of disability. Persons requesting transportation must be able to transfer independently. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.	Contact office to request service. Home visit is completed prior to placing a volunteer for companionship or respite care. Availability of services is dependent upon availability of volunteers. Please allow at least two full business days when requesting transportation.	No charges. All services provided by volunteers. Donations accepted and appreciated.
