The JASON project is a joint CESA 10 SciMaTech and GT Project in West Central Wisconsin. Each year, unique expeditions are designed to explore cutting-edge science based on a specific location and theme. The JASON project is designed for fifth through eighth grades students of all abilities. It includes a specially designed curriculum and access to an award-winning interactive website at http://www.jasonproject.org. Teachers will receive cutting-edge science lessons designed by researchers from the expedition site at a regional inservice. Discover how popular literature can be used to excite students’ interest in History, Environmental Science and Biology. 8th grade students and a lead teacher can participate in a Student Argonaut program.
